We understand that sometimes that guests need to cancel a booking, if you cancel within14  days of the first day of your arrival then CD reserves the right to retain 100% of the full amount paid. Any refund will be at Cosy Dragon’s entire discretion unless it is able to book out the accommodation to other guests, in which case it shall offer you a credit note for your booking cost, less any commission and difference in price where the replacement booking was off a lesser value.

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is no later than 10am. You may request an early check-in (from 1pm) or later check-out (until Midday) for an additional charge of £25.00.  Should you wish to check-in after our 7pm daily cut off but before 10pm, this is possible for an additional £25.

Yes, we welcome “Well behaved” dogs (subsidy is chargeable), as dog owners ourselves we appreciate that you may want to bring your dogs with you. Whilst we are able to accommodate your furry friend, we do ask that you respect our property and its interiors and abide by our dog policy.

• Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.

• Any fouling outside be cleaned up without delay.

• The owner must bring the dog’s bed or basket for sleeping in.

• Dogs must not be left alone in the property.

• Dogs must not be allowed upstairs, lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

(Dogs are charged at £30.00 per dog)

We do not have specified changeover days and offer complete flexibility. We do operate a minimum number of 2 nights stay and during certain peak times/bank holidays this may increase to a 3 nights stay minimum.

Each apartment has a maximum number of guests per stay, the only addition to the number of guests is in the instance that an infant stays in the event that a cot bed is needed for an infant, we can provide this upon request but do ask that you provide any bedding for the infant.

Yes cot beds are generally available at a charge of £20 per stay for an infant up to the age of 3 years. They will be deemed a child after 3 years of age.

All you need to bring is food, yourself and happiness! The properties all have bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchens (Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans and some basics such as salt & pepper etc). Some have Nespresso coffee machines with two complimentary pods provided.

There is a complimentary parking space with each apartment.

All properties have Wi-fi and Smart TVs provided free of charge.
