Pre-Booking Questions

1. Who owns the properties?

We only let out our own properties so know each property intimately and take pride in the property.

2. How do I book a property?

3. Why do you offer holiday insurance?

This is so that you can claim should you have to cancel your booking.

4. What if I cancel?

We understand that sometimes that guests need to cancel a booking.  If the cancellation is more than 2 weeks until the arrival date then a full refund or alternative dates can be provided, subject to availability.  If less than 2 weeks but more then 48 hours then a 50% refund can be provided.

5. Can I bring a dog?

Yes, all of of our properties welcome “Well behaved” dogs, as dog owners ourselves we appreciate that you may want to bring your pets with you. Most properties where dogs are welcome will allow them throughout, however please check the individual property description as some owners may request that they are restricted to a specific area i.e. kitchen or conservatory etc.

  • Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.

  • Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.

  • The owner must bring the dog’s bed or basket for sleeping in.

  • Dogs must not be left alone in the property.

  • Dogs must not be allowed upstairs, lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

(Dogs are charged at £20.00 per dog)

6. What are the changeover days?

We do not have specified changeover days and offer complete flexibility. At certain times of the year, such as Bank Holidays, there may be a minimum number of nights but often you can book our properties for 1 night.

7. Can I take an extra person / infant?

Yes this is possible and if there are not enough beds it can sometimes be possible for us to supply an aerobed. Please let us know as there is an extra charge for this.  We also need to make sure that bedding is provided.

8. Do you provide cots?

Yes cots are generally available at a charge of £10

9. What is provided?

All you need to bring is food, yourself and happiness! The properties all have bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchens (Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans and some basics such as salt & pepper etc). Some have Nespresso coffee machines but you will need to bring your own pods

10. Is there parking at the property?

All properties have allocated off street parking.

11. Is Wi-fi a available at the property?

All properties have Wi-fi and Smart TVs

12. Can we smoke inside the property?

No, all of our properties are smoke free.
